The book Sleeping Giants by Sylvain Neuvel is a fiction and sci-fi book about an alien machine that a young girl finds when she is riding her bike. She falls into a hole, and she finds the first piece, a hand. It was a remarkable discovery and will later be studied to see what the hand is for. It intrigued the protagonist and when she got older, she started to study it and find the rest of the pieces. Nobody knows what the machine is used for, so when they find all of the pieces they think that they will find out. This one person, who we don’t know, is in control of this project. He finds other people to start studying the parts. The controls to move this thing are really complex, so it takes them a while to figure them out. This book is a good book and takes a different path that other books don’t usually do. It is a brilliant way to write a book because the book is made up of interviews with the people of the group. It is an impressive way of writing this book. It made me want to keep on reading to see what would happen. Some accidents happen, and it causes people to lose their lives and family members. It made me want to see what would happen to the group if they got caught doing this. I felt like this book was well written and you should read it.
